Managing Member and Principal Consultant

As a consulting entrepreneur, Dave founded ROA Group in 2002 which then became Rohe & Company (Rohe Co).  Dave and Rohe Co have served numerous clients in these industries.  Prior to ROA, Dave was a business consulting Principal with Arthur Andersen in Cleveland Ohio where he led Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Solutions service areas for 5 years. 

Prior to Andersen, Dave served as Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s consulting group based in Cleveland. In addition, Dave served in several Director-Level industry leadership roles in information systems, operations support and engineering - Automotive (Schaeffler Group/LuK), Consumer Products (Artesian - now American Standard) and Distribution (Premier) industries. 

Dave began his professional career with McDonnell Aircraft Co. in St. Louis (now part of Boeing).  At McDonnell, Dave was involved with development and implementation of a variety of leading edge aerospace fabrication processes and control systems for military aircraft programs including the F-15, F-15E, AV-8B, and F/A-18.

​Dave has a Masters Degree from Missouri S&T and a Bachelors Degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.  Dave routinely speaks at professional association and industry meetings/events.  Dave is also an advisory council member for the College of Engineering & Computing (CEC) @ Miami University and formerly a member of the University of Akron's CITE Board.
